Underground Studios, our mission is focused around the concept of
giving. Our highly trained teachers and practitioners strive to provide
clients and students with the space and guidance needed to reenergize,
relax, strengthen, share, learn, grow and flourish. As our bodies and
minds cannot avoid the stresses and demands of everyday life, we invite
you to join us in working through obstacles and centering yourself,
while becoming part of a friendly and welcoming community.
Offering yoga and resistance training through both group
classes and private sessions, Underground Studios is conscious of the
individual needs of our clients and students and specializes in
tailoring a program that is right for you. Whether you are trying to
get in shape, reduce stress, promote health or heal the body and mind,
Underground Studios can help you realize your full potential.
Developed from the technique of Vinyasa Krama, or “Wise Progression”,
our yoga classes offer a physical challenge, emphasis on body
awareness, breathing techniques, meditation and restoration. By
connecting breath, postures and intention, Vinyasa Krama offers variety
and depth to all levels of students. Underground Studios is
conveniently located on Arsenal Street in Watertown and accessible by
